The study used the descriptive (correlation) method of data collection. A number of 185 managers were selected using proportional stratified sampling and finally 133 questionnaires were completed. Three instruments emotional intelligence questionnaire, organizational learning questionnaire, job performance questionnaire was used to collect data. The hypotheses were tested using Pearson correlation and Structural Equation Modeling by SPSS 16 and LISREL 8.54. The results indicated that emotional intelligence, organizational learning and job performance had significant positive with each other. Emotional intelligence of managers was significant positive an anticipation of organizational learning. Also emotional intelligence of managers was significant positive anticipation of job performance. But emotional intelligence and job performance have an indirect relationship.
