مقایسۀ اثربخشی مدیریت مدارس هیأت‌امنایی با مدیریت مدارس عادی مقطع متوسطۀ شهر اردبیل

چکیده

تحقیق حاضر با هدف مقایسۀ اثربخشی مدیریت مدارس هیأت‌امنایی و  مدارس عادی مقطع متوسطۀ شهر اردبیل از دیدگاه معلمان با روش تحقیق توصیفی ـ پیمایشی انجام گرفت. جامعۀ آماری موردمطالعه در این پژوهش، همۀ معلمان مقطع متوسطۀ شهر اردبیل بودند که تعداد آن‌ها در مدارس هیأت‌امنائی 300 نفر و در مدارس عادی 900 نفر و جمعاً 1200 نفر است. از این میان 292 نفر از معلمان به روش تصادفی طبقه‌ای، به‌عنوان نمونۀ آماری انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات پرسش‌نامۀ استاندارد اثربخشی مدیریت مدارس بالدوین بود. روایی محتوایی و صوری پرسش‌نامه موردتأیید صاحب‌نظران قرار گرفت و پایایی ابزار با روش ضریب آلفای کرونباخ برابر  89 /0محاسبه شد. همچنین تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات با استفاده از آمار توصیفی و آزمون t انجام گرفته است. نتایج تحلیل داده‌ها نشان می‌دهد که اکثر مدارس هیأت‌امنائی موردمطالعه دارای اثربخشی بیشتری هستند و از مقایسۀ اثربخشی مدارس مذکور پی می‌بریم که مدارس هیأت‌امنایی اثربخش‌تر از مدارس عادی‌اند. همچنین تفاوت معنی‌داری از نظر میزان اثربخشی در مدارس پسرانه و دخترانه وجود ندارد.

چکیده [English]

The main purpose of this study was to compare management effectiveness in co-operator schools with public schools, based on the perspectives of teachers in Ardabil city. Descriptive survey method was used in the present study. Research sample includes all high school teachers, including 300 from co-operator schools and 900 from public schools in the city of Ardabil. Finally, 292 teachers were selected out of the total 1200 teachers, by stratified random sampling based on Jersy & Morgal sampling table. Data was collected by Baldvin organizational effectiveness questionnaires. The validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by expert opinion and the reliability was confirmed by alpha Cronbach coefficient and it was 0/89.  Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics and T test. The results of data analysis showed that most of co-operative schools were more effective than public schools, also the results showed that there is a significant difference in terms of effectiveness between the boy & girl schools.
