مطالعه اثربخشی برنامه آموزشی ضد قلدری بر ادراک دانش آموزان ابتدایی از جو مدیریت مدرسه و کلاس

چکیده

هدف‏ پژوهش حاضر تعیین اثربخشی برنامه آموزشی ضد قلدری بر ادراک دانش آموزان دوره دوم ابتدایی شهر سنندج از جو مدیریت مدرسه و کلاس درس در سال تحصیلی 97-96 بود. روش تحقیق از نوع آزمایشی با طرح پیش‏آزمون - پس‏آزمون با گروه گواه بود. بدین منظور دو مدرسه دوره دوم ابتدایی با روش نمونه گیری هدفمند یکی به عنوان مدرسه آزمایشی و دیگری به عنوان مدرسه کنترل انتخاب شدند. ابتدا پرسشنامه سنجش جو مدرسه و کلاس به عنوان پیش آزمون در هر دو مدرسه برای تمامی دانش آموزان اجرا شد و سپس برنامه ضد قلدری در مدرسه آزمایشی برای هر کدام از گروه های مدیریت مدرسه و معلمان آموزش داده شد و در پایان پس آزمون در هر دو مدرسه آزمایشی و کنترل دوباره به اجرا در آمد. داده های بدست آمده با تحلیل کوواریانس چند متغیره و نرم افزار آماری مورد تحلیل قرار گرفتند. یافته ها حاکی از اثر بخشی معنی دار برنامه ضد قلدری بر بهبود ادراک دانش آموزان مدرسه آزمایشی در بعد اجتماعی هم در سطح مدیریت مدرسه و هم کلاس بود(05/0>P). اما در بعد یادگیری تغییر محسوسی در ادراک دانش آموزان مشاهده نشد. با عنایت به این یافته ها پیشنهاد می شود آموزش مجموعه مدیریت مدرسه و نیز معلمان در راستای بکارگیری مداخله های ضد قلدری از این دست و بالتبع بهبود ادراک دانش آموزان از جو مدرسه و کلاس، جزو برنامه های اولویت دار آموزش و پرورش قرار گیرد.

چکیده [English]

The purpose of this study was to determine of effectiveness of anti-bullying training program on the perception of elementary students from school and classroom management in Sanandaj(Academic Year 2017-18). The research method in this study was quasi experimental with a pre-test, post-test plan and a control group. The statistical population consisted of boys' elementary schools of Sanandaj in the academic year of 2016-17, that among them one school with 239 students was selected as the experimental group and another one with 242 students as the control group. At first the scale of the classroom and school community inventory, as the pre-test study, was conducted at the both schools for all students. Then the anti-bullying program in experimental school were taught for each of the groups separately, and in the last stage post-test were conducted in both schools. Data analyzed with multivariate analysis of covariance using SPSS software. The results showed the effectiveness of anti-bullying program in improving students perception towards the classroom and school climate at the social dimension of experimental school students (P<0/05). But there was no significant changes in improving students perception at the learning dimension. Based on these findings, it is suggested that the training of the school management team as well as teachers in order to use such anti-bullying interventions and so on improving the students' perception toward school and classroom climate be included among the priority education programs.
