رابطۀ بین فرهنگ مدرسه و انسجام مدرسه با عملکرد مدیران در پاسخگویی به نیازهای محیطی با نقش میانجیگری تعهد اخلاقی و کارآمدی جمعی

چکیده

تحقیق حاضر با هدف تحلیل روابط بین فرهنگ مدرسه و انسجام سازمانی با عملکرد مدیران در پاسخگویی به نیازهای محیطی با نقش میانجی تعهد اخلاقی و کارآمدی جمعی در مدرسه به اجرا درآمد. این تحقیق از نظر هدف از نوع تحقیقات کاربردی و از نظر گردآوری داده‌ها و کنترل متغیرها توصیفی از نوع همبستگی می‌باشد. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر شامل کلیه مدیران متوسطه دوره اول و دوم شهر ارومیه به تعداد 1200 نفر می باشد که از بین آنها تعداد 300 نفر با بهره گیری از جدول مورگان و به روش نمونه گیری طبقه ای نسبی به عنوان نمونه انتخاب گردید. ابزار گرداوری داده‌ها پرسشنامه‌های استاندارد ) می‌باشد. روایی پرسشنامه‌ها به وسیله تحلیل عاملی تأییدی مورد تأیید قرار گرفتند و پایایی پرسشنامه به روش آلفای کرونباخ برای متغیرهای پژوهش به صورت فرهنگ سازمانی92/0، انسجام مدرسه80/0،کارآمدی گروهی 81/0، تعهد اخلاقی93/0 و عملکرد81/0 بدست آمد که به لحاظ آماری قابل قبول می‌باشد. به منظور بررسی روابط علی بین متغیرها از روش مدل‌یابی معادلات ساختاری به روش تحلیل مسیر با استفاده از نرم افزار spss, lisrelاستفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد بین بین فرهنگ مدرسه و انسجام سازمانی با پاسخگویی مدیران به نیازهای محیطی با نقش میانجی تعهد اخلاقی و کارآمدی جمعی یک رابطه ساختاری مثبت وجود دارد و عوامل سازمانی هم بصورت مستقیم و هم بصورت غیر مستقیم، از طریق تعهد اخلاقی و کارامدی گروهی توان پیش بینی عملکرد مدیران در پاسخگویی به نیازهای محیطی را دارد.

The aime of This research was to investigate the the Relationship between School Culture and School Cohesion with Principal Performance Based on Response to Environmental Needs with the Mediating Role of Ethical Commitment and Collective Effectiveness. This research is an applied research in terms of the aim and it was descriptive correlational research in in terms of data collection and variables control. The statistical population of this study consists of all the managers of the first and second courses of high school in Urmia city which were about 1200 individuals.300 individuals were selected by morgan table and stratified random sampling method. Data collection tools were standard questionnaires of environmental responsiveness of Taghizadeh (1391), Tros et al (2004) school cohesion questionnare, Denison’s corporate (2000), Belief in collective effectiveness of teachers by Shaun Muran and Bar (2004) and ethical commitment of Hashemi and et al (1395).
The validity of the questionnaires was confirmed by confirmatory factor analysis. Reliability of the questionnaire are obtained by using Cronbach's alpha for the research variables in the form of 0.99 for corporate culture , 0.80 for school cohesion , 0.81 for group efficacy 0.93 for ethical commitment and 0.81 for function which is statistically acceptable.Structural equation modeling method was used to investigate the causal relationship between variables by the analyzing the way by using liseral spss software.
