طراحی الگوی فاکتورهای محرومیت اجتماعی دانش آموزان مدارس غرب کشور

چکیده

هدف از این پژوهش طراحی الگوی فاکتورهای محرومیت اجتماعی دانش‌آموزان مدارس غرب کشور است. این پژوهش دارای رویکردی کیفی بوده و از روش نظریه داده‌بنیاد (گراندد تئوری) به عنوان روش پژوهش استفاده شده است. روش گردآوری داده‌ها، مطالعه مبانی نظری و مصاحبه‌های عمیق و باز (16 مصاحبه با 14 نفر ) با صاحب نظران و اساتید دانشگاهی(جامعه-شناسی) و همچنین برخی مددکاران اجتماعی می‌باشد. روش نمونه‌گیری به صورت گلوله برفی و تا حد اشباع نظری ادامه یافت. روایی این پژوهش توسط مصاحبه‌شوندگان و سپس اساتید متخصص مورد بررسی قرار گرفت و تأیید شد. پایایی نیز با استفاه از روش مطالعة‌ حسابرسی فرآیند نتایج 4/74% به دست آمد. برای تحلیل داده‌ها از روش مقایسة مداوم در طی سه مرحله کدگذاری باز، محوری و انتخابی استفاده شده است. نهایتاً 19 مقولة اصلی استخراج شد. پیشنهاد می‌گردد که مدیران آموزش و پرورش مناطق غرب کشور از نتایج پژوهش حاضر به خصوص راهبردهای به دست آمده به منظور رفع محرومیت اجتماعی دانش‌آموزان استفاده نمایند.برای تحلیل داده‌ها از روش مقایسة مداوم در طی سه مرحله کدگذاری باز، محوری و انتخابی استفاده شده است. نهایتاً 19 مقولة اصلی استخراج شد. پیشنهاد می‌گردد که مدیران آموزش و پرورش مناطق غرب کشور از نتایج پژوهش حاضر به خصوص راهبردهای به دست آمده به منظور رفع محرومیت اجتماعی دانش‌آموزان استفاده نمایند.

The purpose of this study was to design a model of social deprivation factors in western school students. This research has a qualitative approach and Grounded Theory method has been used as research method. The method of data collection is study of theoretical basics and in-depth interviews (16 interviews with 14 persons) with academic experts and sociologists as well as some social workers. The sampling method continued as snowball and to theoretical saturation. The validity of this study was evaluated and confirmed by the interviewers and then by the professors. Reliability was also achieved using the process audit method of 74.4%. Continuous comparison method during three stages of open, axial and selective coding was used for data analysis. Finally 19 main categories were extracted.
