چکیده

چکیده:
ناکارآمدی سیستم آموزش رسمی کشور در عدم تربیت و پرورش سرمایه انسانی توانمند بامهارت، چندبعدی، خلاق و نوآور، پیشگام و ارزش‌آفرین ازیک‌طرف و از طرف دیگر عدم ارائه و طراحی الگوی جامع و کارآمد برای شکل‌گیری نسل جدید مدارس در ایران منطبق با تحولات دنیای امروز حرکت به سمت نسل مدارس کارآفرین را دوچندان می‌کند. لذا تحقیق حاضر باهدف طراحی الگوی مدارس کارآفرین انجام‌گرفته،و بر اساس هدف از نوع تحقیقات بنیادی است و برحسب گردآوری اطلاعات اکتشافی و با استفاده از روش نظریه داده بنیاد انجام‌شده است. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها مصاحبه عمیق نیمه ساختاریافته بود. جامعه آماری شامل متخصصان و طراحان نظام آموزشی و اساتید و مربیان کارآفرینی بوده است و از روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند با تکنیک گلوله برفی استفاده‌شده است. داده‌های جمع‌آوری‌شده با استفاده از کدگذاری باز، محوری و انتخابی، تجزیه‌وتحلیل شدند و الگوی نهایی استخراج گردید. مدل نهایی از مجموع 7 مقوله محوری، 6 مقوله شرایط علی، 11 مقوله بسترها و زمینه‌های لازم، 10 مقوله راهبردها، 5 مقوله محیطی و 4 مقوله پیامدهای مدارس کارآفرین تشکیل‌شده است. درمجموع می‌توان بیان کرد که سیستم مدارس کارآفرین، دانش‌آموزان را برای دنیای واقعی آماده می‌کند و فرصت یادگیری مهارت‌های کلیدی لازم برای موفقیت در مسیر تحصیلی، شغلی وزندگی فراهم می‌کند. یکی از خروجی‌های مدرسه کارآفرین، دانشگاه کارآفرین است. فارغ‌التحصیلان در قامت دانشجو با تجهیز شدن به تفکر خلاق و اقدامات کارآفرینانه در هر رشته تحصیلی و شغلی ارزش‌های جدید خلق می‌کنند و درنهایت دانشگاه را در جهت دانشگاه کارآفرین هدایت می‌کنند.
