فراترکیب عوامل مؤثر در ارزشیابی عملکرد مدیران مدارس

چکیده

رهبری و مدیریت نظام آموزش و پرورش در سطوح مختلف آن، عامل اصلی توسعه مدارس و پیشرفت جوامع است بنابراین با توجه به نقش برجسته مدیران در عرصه دستیابی به اهدف سازمان‌ها، بلاخص مدیران مدارس، توجه به عملکرد و ارزیابی عملکرد آن‌ها از اهمیت زیادی برخوردار است. از این رو پژوهش حاضر با هدف ارائه مدل مفهومی برای ارزیابی عملکرد مدیران مدارس انجام شده‌است. روش پژوهش کیفی و از نوع فراترکیب است.گردآوری داده‌ها به روش اسنادی و با بررسی تمامی منابع علمی مرتبط با موضوع ارزیابی عملکرد مدیران مدارس (1380-1398داخلی و 19990-2019 خارجی) انجام شد. بدین‌منظور در دو دهه گذشته، کلید‌واژه‌های ارزشیابی و ارزیابی عملکرد مدیران، وظایف مدیران، استانداردهای عملکردی مدیران، ویژگی‌های و شایستگی‌های مدیران و صلاحیت‌های حرفه ای مدیران (مدارس) در پایگاه‌های داخلی نظیر پایگاه اطلاعات علمی؛ اس آی دی، و پایگاه داده‌های خارجی همچون گوگل اسکولار، اسکوپوس، امرالد، الزویر، پروکوئست اشپینگر تیلور و فرانسیس مورد بررسی قرار گرفت با بررسی کامل 47 منبع از 1123 منابع اولیه، 8 مولفه اصلی و 28 زیرمولفه به عنوان ملاک‌های ارزیابی عملکرد مدیران مدارس، شناسایی و طبقه‌بندی گردید. نتایج نشان داد توجه به ابعاد شناسایی شده، می‌تواند به مدیران ارشد در تشخیص دقیق و همه‌جانبه عملکرد مدیران مدارس، کمک نموده و زمینه تصمیم‌گیری بهینه و‌ انتخاب صحیح آ‌ن‌ها را فراهم نماید.

Effective factors in Evaluation of the Performance of School Principals: A Meta-synthesis

Given the prominent role of principals in achieving the goals of organizations, particularly school principals, paying attention to their performance and evaluating their performance be of paramount importance. Therefore, this study was carried out to provide a conceptual model for evaluating the performance of school principals. The research method is qualitative and meta-synthesis. Data were collected by documentary method and reviewing all the scientific sources related to the subject of evaluating the performance of school principals (internal scientific sources 1380-1398 and external scientific sources 1990-2019). To that end, keywords for evaluating the performance of school principals, duties of school principals, school principals' performance standards, characteristics and competencies of school principals and professional qualifications of principals were examined in internal databases including scientific information database; SID, and external databases including Google Scholar, Scopus, Emerald, Elsevier, Proquest, Springer, Taylor & Francis. By thorough examination of 50 sources out of 1123 primary sources, 8 main components and 28 sub-components as criteria for evaluating the performance of school principals were identified and categorized. The findings revealed that attention to the identified dimensions can help senior executives to recognize the performance of school principals accurately and comprehensively and provide the basis for optimal decision making and proper selection.
