Abstract
The purpose of the present research was to evaluate the cities of Tehran province elementary teachers' job burnout ratio.In terms of purpose, it was an applied research, and it was Descriptive– survey. The study population included all the elementary teachers' from cities of Tehran province that 1147 people were selected through multi-stage cluster random. To collect data, a standardized questionnaire were used. The questionnaires validity was confirmed by a panel of experts, and also its reliability was reported as 0.882. The data were analyzed by variate T-test, bivariate T-test, and ANOVA. The result showed that the dimensions of emotional analysis and depersonalization of teachers' from cities of Tehran province in terms of frequency and intensity were at a low level, and individual unsuccessfulness in terms of frequency and intensity at a high level. In general, elementary teachers' burnout is low in terms of frequency and severity. Lateral findings indicated that job burnout in terms of frequency according to gender, marital status, job promotion, is no significant difference, but varied according to age, work experience, type of employment, and conversion of employment status. Also, job burnout in terms of intensity according to gender, marital status, job promotion, employment status conversion, is no significant difference, but is a significant difference according to age, work experience and type of employment. Among other individual characteristics (level of education, field of study, how to enter education, job class, field of activity) and job burnout in terms of frequency and intensity is no significant difference statistically.
