Abstract

abstract: The aim of this study is to identify of professional qualifications for Presentation of professional development model of high school Administrators in Kurdistan province at 2015-2016 academic years. The approach of this research was qualitative approach and research method was Grounded Theory (systematic plan). The population of this study was consisted of all secondary school Administrators in Kurdistan province. Purposeful sampling continued until the researcher reached theoretical saturation using semi-structured interviews with 40 members of the sample reached. With Using the results of the investigation and theoretical research and content analysis conducted interviews, Basic indicators of professional development of school administrators identify and included in three stages including: open coding, axial coding and selective coding professional development model of school administrators and in five main categories causal conditions, the central phenomenon (the professional development of school Administrators), professional development strategies managers, intermediate conditions and consequences of the development professional of school administrators.
