The descriptive-correlation research method is structural equation modeling. The statistical population of the study consisted of all elementary school principals of Sari city with 186 persons. According to the statistical population, the questionnaires were distributed among all principals and 162 questionnaires were collected. according to this
The whole number sampling method was used, to collect research data from the three standard questionnaires of knowledge leadership of Stagdil(1974), organizational silence of Dimitris & Voka
In the face of changing education systems in the world today, need to freely and continuously share the ideas, beliefs, knowledge and experiences of their members In between school principals are the main source and vital factor in creating change, creativity, learning, success and productivity of schools although most managers in schools with basic ideas and thoughts about your organization But they are afraid of being labeled as a potential plaintiff, losing the respect and trust of higher authorities, Losing contact with members of the organization, losing a job position or due to the risk of blocking the flow of communication and information between themselves and employees, prefer silence, understanding this important goal of this study to investigate the factors affecting organizational silence  with emphasizing the role knowledge leadership of Team reception of managers.

Kline (2011) suggests a sample size of 100 to 150 people to test causal models. As a result, the number of samples in the present study is sufficient for structural modeling. To implement questionnaires based on introduction educational assistant university and in coordination research Assistant and the general directorate of education protection of Sari city and receive a letter of introduction by the above-mentioned officials possibility of distributing the questionnaire among managers provided. To collect the research data, three standard questionnaires of Stagdil knowledge leadership, Dimitris  and Vokala organizational silence and Soltani managers'''' team reception were used. Data analysis using statistical software SSPS22 and LISREL were performed at both descriptive and inferential levels. At the descriptive level of mean statistics, standard deviation, skewness and elongation and in the inferential level, Pearson correlation coefficient tests were used. Also to determine the relationship between research variables structural modeling based on LISREL statistical software has been used.
Results
The results showed that the relationship between knowledge leadership with organizational silence was negative and significant. The relationship between knowledge leadership with managerial team reception was positive and significant. In the present study to collect the desired information only the questionnaire was used and methods such as interview and observation could yield different results. Based on this, is suggested that conduct this research by using interview and observation tools.  Finally, the prevailing culture of schools it is possible effect on the studied variables have. It is also suggested that the goals and programs of education at the national and provincial levels be clearly explained through group and friendly meetings with all school members and school principals. It is suggested that through the development and improvement of internal communication networks, the ground for discussion between principals and school members on school issues and programs be provided.
